Kate is outstanding agent. My wife and I were happy to experience both selling and buying through her at the same time. Kate went above and beyond in our few months working together. The highlight (or lowlight for her) was when she saved the day when we accidentally had furniture delivered to the new house before we closed. Kate quickly found a truck that she was able to borrow and physically helped me load up over 30 boxes of a sectional couch to bring back to our existing house. Not every agent would jump to make that kind of effort. I've already recommended her to a close friend, and will continue to do so in the future.
